- Samuel Hoth had retracted his resignation as police officer, and has been reappointed together with Edward Seiber and Night Policeman Johnston.
Upon a plea made by John Clark Baker, streets in the southeast portion of the village, vicinity Hill and Fifth streets will be oiled to preserve the street covering.
The bond of Harry [unclear] W. Miller for $30,000 was approved.
Trustee Buckman asked that an ordinance be drafted prohibiting children under the age of 16 years from driving automobiles unless accompanied by an adult
