- Evanston-based Beauty for the Brave is holding a fund-raiser to support American troops, particularly the returning wounded. The are asking women to donate the cost of their favorite beauty treats to the benefit. The donations go to Fisher House which builds homes near military hospitals where families of service men and women can stay for free until their family memer is treated and released.
