Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth, Illinois when the matters listed below will be considered:
425 SHERIDAN ROAD
A request by Terry and Mary Clair Belton for the following relief to construct a new house : (1) variation to locate a garage closer to the front lot line of the lot than the principal building setback line and (2) variation to locate off-street parking in the front yard and (3) any other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-22-100-007 in the R-1 Residence District, commonly known as 425 Sheridan Road, Kenilworth, Illinois. Any person desiring to be heard or desiring to present any evidence or testimony related to said matter should appear at the time and place above specified. Materials describing the requested variation for consideration at the Public Hearing are available at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
