Zev ORenstein and his friends Joshua Bosnic and Jeff Greenwald, all 11, were diging a hole in Orenstein's back yard ind Glenview in April when they dug up a bottle with the words Hohlfeder Dairy and Glencoe on it with a clover in the middle. Ellen SHubart, president of the Glencoe Historical SOciety, said Hohlfeder Dairy was one of three dairies the historical society knows about operating in Glencoe between the mid 1850s and early 1900s. The other two dairies were Clover, also owned by the HOlhfeder family and Kent Dairy.
