Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth, Illinois when the matters listed below will be considered:

211 KENILWORTH AVENUE
A request by Kenilworth Union Church for the following relief to erect 2 tents, 2 canopies and 1 screen wall for the Annual Rummage Sale: (1) variation for the tents, canopies and screen wall to be in place for 17 days which exceeds the allowed time period of 7 days and (2) any other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-27-100-032 in the R-1 Residence District, commonly known as 211 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.

513 SHERIDAN ROAD
A request by Peter and Barbara Dyson for the following relief to construct a new house: (1) variation to locate a garage closer to the front lot line of the lot than the principal building setback line and (2) variation to locate off-street parking in the front yard and (3) any other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-22-100-021 in the R-1 Residence District, commonly known as 513 Sheridan Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.

315 ABBOTSFORD ROAD
A request by John and Christine Andrie for the following relief to construct a two story rear addition: (1) variation to exceed the maximum allowable floor area by 523.53 square feet (9.7%) and (2) variation to reduce the required side yard setback by 4.00 feet and (3) variation to exceed the maximum allowable roof overhang in the required setback by 18 inches and (4) any other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-28-224-005 in the R-1 Residence District, commonly known as 315 Abbotsford Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.

335 RIDGE ROAD
A request by Illini Development, LLC for a special use permit to allow the existing four unit multi-family building to be converted to two single-family attached dwellings and any other zoning relief as may be necessary. The renovation and construction will include a two story rear addition to the existing building and the construction of a new 4 car detached garage. The property is legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-28-302-015 in the R-4 Residence District, commonly known as 335 Ridge Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.

512 GREEN BAY ROAD
A request by Dodge Capital, LLC for the following relief to renovate the existing building: (1) variation to exceed the maximum allowable height by 10 inches and (2) variation to provide 8 parking spaces less than the required 33 parking spaces and (3) any other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property legally identified as Property Index Number: 05-34-313-012 in the B-2 Business District, commonly known as 512 Green Bay Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
