The Loyalist or Brundage Ticket is associated with Medill McCormick, Republican candidate for nomination for United States Senator. He is opposed by George Edmund Foss. Carl R. Chindblom is the Loyalist candidate for nomination for the seat in the lower house to be vacated by Congressman Foss. Perkins B. Bass and Charles Ringer are candidates for the Board of Review and Board of Assessors, respectively. There is support for the candidacy of fHenry R. Rathbone of Kenilworth for congressman-at-large and for William H. Maclean of Wilmette for county board. Judge Henry C. Bietler is running for County sheriff. Edwin A. Olson is up for county judge and Francis G. Blair for State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

Frederic R. DeYoung, is campaigning for the nomination for Probate Court Judge. His campaign is being assisted by Benson Landon. Mr. DeYoung was born in Chicago on September 12, 1873.
