A 12-4 defeat at St. Charles East April 9 interrupted a school record 11-game winning streak for the New Trier boys water polo game. Coach David Goodspeed had sent his frosh-soph team to play the varsity game in order to give the young team members more opportunity to play. The team improved to 14-1 overall with conference triumphs over Glenbrook South and Evanston then won the championship of the New Trier Invitational last weekend. Players mentioned include Ban Wampler, Rick Farmer, Brendan Nyhan, Nick Frid
