- Officers Ray Santana and Dan Huck tried to lead a barefoot, coatless man walking along Lake Avenue into a squad car. The man got a grip on Santana's semi-automatic pistol and the pair needed the assistance of Julie Parisi to pry his hands away. The man was handcuffed and involuntarily committed to Rush North Shore Medical Center for the second time since last fall without charges.
