- Kenilworth's village trustee electon seems to be a battleground for how the village is going to write its zonig code in the future. Caucus backed candidates, Bob Smietana, Jim Hughes and Tom Terril are more preservationist in orientation. The Joseph Sears Party consisting of Kristin Kelly Casas, John Phillips and Kevin Callahan, also want the village to go slow on future changes so that teardowns are at least possible.
