- Benefit program will be held at the Congress hotel on Saturday, May 11, under the direction of the Illinois division of the Society for the Relief of Belgian Prisoners in Germany. Mrs. Louis T. Starkel, 925 Oakwood avenue, is chairman. The Illinois division is under leadership of Mrs. Samuel S. Hutchinson.
