- Mrs. Helen McCreadie passed away on November 17.
Mrs. McCreadie was born in Chicago. After spending several years in Norwood Park and with her daughter, Mrs. Charles S. Smith in Wausau, Wis., she returned to Wilmette when the Smiths moved to 1721 Lake avenue in April.
Besides her daughter in Wilmette, Mrs. McCreadie is survived by a son, Robert S. McCreadie of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Walker Millner of Washington, D. C.; two brothers, Paul W. Manning of Glen Ellyn; and 3 grandchildren.
