- Twelve boys and two girls in the Wilmette public schools who have demonstrated exceptional ability in sports received awards a the Wilmette Rotary Club luncheon Wednesday. Winners are: Katherine Wenter, Dorothy Davis, Edward Mahle, James Lamb, Charles Soule, Harold Ray, James O'Neil, John Versino, Robert Steffens, Robert Smith, James Versino, Harvey Steffens, Frank Brychta, and Robert Christiansen.
