- Mary H. O'Connell died Nov. 29 [1974] at her home, 305 16th St., Wilmette. She was 76.
Born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
Her husband, William M. O'Connell, died in 1940. Mrs. O'Connel is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Metzger, 2234 Henley St., Glenview; a son, the Rev. William M. O'Connell of St. Joseph Church, Waukegan; three brothers, John Hughes of Evanston, Frank Hughes of Oklahoma and Bernard Hughes of Charlottetown, P.E.I.
Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
