- Rosemary "Nana" (nee Bleser) Norling-Christensen, 95, a resident of Wilmette, died Feb. 14 in Evanston Hospital. In 1953 she married Olof Norling-Christensen, founder and former owner of the Christensen Animal Hospital which is still in operation on Hibbard Road in Wilmette. Survivors include two daughters, Gerda (Richard) Schaefer of Longboat Key, Fla. and Harriet (the late Ralph) Fireoved of Scottsdale, Ariz.; one son, Olof (Carol) Norling-Christensen, Jr. of Libertyville; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
