- Robert T. Hay, 84,died Feb. 20 at his home after a long illness. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Jean S. Hay; one daughter, Susan Mary (Donald) Costa of Seattle; two grandsons, Christopher Robert and Jonathan Edward Costa; and one twin sister, Roberta (Robert) Jolly. He is predeceased by his son, Robert Alwin Hay.
