- Jason E. Bellows, 50, of 725 La Porte Av. in Wilmette died Sunday in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Bellows was the son of the late Charles A., who died last September. Mr. Bellows' wife is Carole Kamin Bellows. He is also survived by a daughter, Marcia; two sons, Douglas and Daniel; and his mother, Hazel.
