- Lucy S. Paterkiewicz of Wilmette died Aug. 2 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. She was 80. A native of Poland. She was married to the late Matthew Paterkiewicz. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Odom of Glenview; her sons, Richard Paterkiewicz of Niles and Cas Paterkiewicz of Wilmette; and her grandchildren, Richard, Marcia, Matthew and Rob Paterkiewicz and Jennifer and Jeffrey Odom. Burial was at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
