- Bernice Z. Addington, 79, of 18 Whitby Ct., Lincolnshire, died Saturday at her home. She was born in 1903 in New York Mills, Minnesota. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Johnson of Wheaton and Ann Hajicek of Lincolnshire; five grandchildren, Eric, Mark and David Johnson, and Brian and Diane Hajicek; and a brother, Clyde Ziebell of Tomah, Wis.
