- Edith West Clark, 98, died Oct. 20 at the Presbyterian Home, Evanston. Her husband was the late Austin N. Clark. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Clark Blair and Nancy C. (Edward) Lace; five grandchildren, Bruce Blair, Harriet Blair (William) Mulligan, Thomas Byrd, Elizabeth Byrd, Jeffrey (Rachel) Byrd; and eight great-grandchildren.
