- Dr. Thadd F. Bush of Wilmette died Oct. 31 at Evanston Hospital. He is survived by a son, Thadd F. of Hoffman Estates, 3 grandchildren; and two sisters, June Kokinis and Adele Thompson. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
An ophthamologist, Dr. Bush practiced at 1150 Wilmette Av. until his retirement in 1981. - Date of Publication
