- Winnetka resident Soren K. Ostergaard, 89, died Jan. 16 at Normandy House in Wilmette. He was 89. Born in Denmark. Survivors include his wife, Julia S.; a son, J. Kroy Ostergaard of Wilmette; a daughter, Lois Boyd of Sheboygan, Wis., formerly of Wilmette; seven grandchildren, and two sisters in Denmark.
