- Elaine Plafker, 57, of 752 La Crosse Av. in Wilmette died Feb. 18 at Evanston Hospital. She was the widow of the late Dr. Milton Plafker, who died in 1967. Mrs. Plafker is survived by a daughter, Lisa; and a brother, Irving Kastil. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
