- Rose Rotchford of Northbrook died Feb. 20 at Evanston Hospital. She was 70. Mrs. Rotchford is survived by her husband, William; two daughters, Margaret Mary Rotchford of Chicago, and Sharon Halbreiter of Rockford; two brothers, James Phillips of Michigan, and Claude Phillips of Wilmette; and two grandchildren. Interment was at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
