- Helen Endsley Smith, formerly of Wilmette and Highland Park, died Oct. 29 at the Presbyterian Home in Evanston. She was 94. Her husband was the late Lawrence D. Smith. She is survived by three sons, Frederick L., David E., and Frank M. Smith; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
