- Catherine Sherry, a life-long Evanston resident, died Nov. 8 in her home. She was 80 years old and the wife of Frank Sherry, who died 5 1/2 years ago. Her son, Frank, died last April. Mrs. Sherry is survived by her daughter, Patricia Freeburg of Evanston; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Lorden of Evanston, Irene Boros of Wilmette, and Gertrude Harte of Glenview; and a brother, Frank Nugent of Wilmette.
