- Jesse Clyde Traweek of Wilmette died Aug. 18 in Evanston Hospital. He was 81. Born in Fayette, Ala., He is survived by two sons, Jack, of Wheeling, and James, of Robinsville, N.C.; two daughters, Marilyn Inserra of Glenview, and Sarah Pate of Northbrook; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward; and a sister, Frieda Eversole, both of Birmingham, Ala.
