- Dorothy Spray Worthington, 94, died Friday in The Georgian in Evanston where she had lived for the past 6-1/2 years. Mrs. Worthington is survived by a daughter, Elinor Hay Martin of Osprey, Fla.; a son, LaGrange of Wilmette; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
