- William E. Robertson, 83, of Evanston and a former longtime resident of Wilmette, died March 13 in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Robertson was born January 18, 1920 in Chicago. Survivors include his wife Carol S. (nee Slaughter) Robertson of Evanston; a brother, John B. (Eleanor) Robertson; a niece, Alice (Mark Toebben) Robertson; a nephew, David A. Robertson; and a great-niece, Meredith Toebben.
