- The Gross Point socieites will march on Decoration Day leaving from the corner of Ridge and Lake avenues and meting at the Northwestern Depot to await a special train carrying members of the G.A.R. and Spanish War Veterans with band. The parade will reform and march east on Central avenue to Tenth, north on Tenth to Lake, West on Lake to Wilmete and back to Ridge avenue ending at St. Joseph Cemetery. The chief marshall of the parade will be Lieut. John H. Schaefer.
