Services were held Saturday June 19 at St. Athanasius church in Evanston for Godfrey John Gelderman, 51, of 763 Michigan avenue, Wilmette.
Mr. Gelderman, president of John Gelderman Company, died on June 16 at his home. A resident of the Chicago area all his life, Mr. Gelderman had been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade for 25 years.
Survivors include his four sons, John T. Gelderman of Chicago and Thomas A., Robert G. and Laurence J. Gelderman of Wilmette; two sisters, Mrs. Ophelia Sellinger of Chicago and Mrs. May Wernecke of Wilmette; and one brother, Stephen Gelderman of Chicago.
