Miss Clara T. Brown, a pioneer resident of Wilmette, passed away on Tuesday [21 march 1939] morning in Michigan City, where she has made her home in recent years. Miss Brown was connected with the Wilmette Congregational church and was a member of its Central Avenue circle. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon at the Hummer Mortuary chapel, 716 Washington street, Michigan City, with burial in that city.
