Mr. and Mrs. William E. Richmond, 1223 Elmwood avenue, announce the birth of a son, William E., Jr., at the Evanston hospital on April 22. Mrs. Richmond and the baby, who weighed seven and one-half pounds at birth, returned home last week. The Richmonds have an older son; Tommy, who is 8 years of age.
