Robert M. Bouvea, a long-time North Shore resident, died Jan. 6 at the Normandy House in Wilmette. Mr. Bouvea, 94, retired at the age of 78 after serving as an accountant for Cutter & Crosett, shirt and tie manufacturers, and for Cooper, Winslow & Davis accounting firm. Born in Clinton, Iowa, Mr. Bouveau came to Chicago at the age of 8. He lived in Evanston, Northbrook and Wilmette most of his adult life. His family was one of the founding families of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Evanston. He is survived by a son, Robert L. of Phonix, Ariz.; a daughter, Inez B. Paget of Short Hills, N.J.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Bouvea was the last of 10 children in his family. The Rev. Harrt Eberts of Northminster Presbyterian Church conducted services Jan. 8 at the Donellan-Fitzgerald-Franklin Funeral Home in Skokie. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
