Norman Harold Camp, 78, died Wednesday, May 18, at his home, 492 South Avenue, Glencoe. He had been a resident of Glencoe for 44 years. His and his wife's membership in St. Elisabeth's parish in Glencoe extends over more years than any other membership. He was one of the charter members of St. Paul's Men's Club which ultimately became the Men's Club of Glencoe. Mr. Camp was a civil engineer and since his retirement has been associated with Standard Homes Company of Washington. He was a Glencoe village trustee from 1910 until 1912. Surviving Mr. Camp are his wife, Flora; one daughter, Miss Miriam C. Camp of Washington D. C.; and one son, Norman H. Jr., of Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Ethel T. Hugli, of New York City; one brother, Oswald E. Camp of Raleigh, N.C.; and two grandchildren, Norman Marshall and Eleanor Lewis Camp of Jacksonville. Services were held on Friday, May 20, at St. Elisabeth's Church with interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.
