The beach will be open Sunday, June 17. Mr. Corbett will be a senior at Northwestern next year. He has shown himself a very strong swimmer and excellent diver through both his college and high school days. His brother, Paul, a sophomore at Northwestern next year, is the life guard at the Wilmette beach this year. Mrs Roy C. Osgood, 423 Essex road, and sons, Clifford and Alfred, accom- panied by Mrs. Rufus H. Porter and Ned Porter, leave tomorrow for the East. They will go by way of the Berkshires and Mohawk trail, stopping a few days at Niagara. They will spend a month in Maine and another month in Hyannisport on/Cape Cod.. Mrs. C. G. Burnham is opening her home at 536 Roslyn roa^ for a card party and social afternoon on Tuesday, June 19, the proceeds of which will be turned into the School building fund.
