W. C. A., at 59 East Monroe street, Chicago. Lectures by na- y known leaders will be given, and at the end of the course there will be an examination. Those receiving diplomas will be qualified to direct the movement for better citizenship in their own communities. Among the speakers on the program are James A. The Federation of Clubs of the Tenth Congressional District of Illi noise, met on Friday of this week with the Edgewater Catholic Woman's club in the Northern Ma- sonic temple, at the corner of Win- throp and Hollywood avenues. The meetipg opened in the morning with an address of welcome by Mrs. Wil- liam A. Sauer, followed by some three-minute reports by Mrs. K. A. Buhr, Mrs. C. M. Pearce and Mrs. E. V. L. Brown.
