Mrs. May Wood KixMiller, 81, of 789 Michigan Av., Wilmette, died Apr. 6 at Evanston Hospital. Mrs. KixMiller, who lived in Wilmette 4 years, was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the American Colonist, Mayflower Descendants, the Nath League of Pen Women, and the Wilmette Garden Club. She is survived by a daughter, Miss Jean Pratt KixMiller of the Wilmette address; a son, Richard Wood KixMiller of Summit, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Brownie Crary of Cherokee, Ia. and Mrs. Winifred Lindsey of Granville, O.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Apr. 8 by the Dr. Dow Kirkpatrick at First United Methodist Church of Evanston. Burial was at Memorial Park, Skokie.
