Preston H. Williams [damaged] James C. King Home, died there June 13. He was an agent for the Equitable Life Insurance Society and had been with the firm since 1919. He held memberships in the American Legion, Chicago Rotary Club, Interfraternity Club, Tavern Club, the New York Southern Society, the Bob O'Link Golf Club, Equitable Group Millionaires, and Sons of American Revolution. Mr. Williams was a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army in World War I and a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Dean (Patricia) McQuillen of Joliet, Mrs. James (Sharon) Gale of Rohnert Park, Cal., Mrs. Richard H. (Lynn) Morstad of Wilmette, and Mrs. Jeffrey (Michaelee) Welch of Monrovia, Cal.; a son, Preston Jr. of Wilmette; a sister, Alice Cary Williams of Evanston; a brother, Louis of Tennessee; and 10 grandchildren. The Rev. Newland Roy conducted services June 17 in the First Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
