Phillip S. Hill, 74, a native of Evanston and former Kenilworth resident, died Feb. 12 in Santa Barbara, Cal. He moved to California after his retirement from Evans Products Co., Inc. in 1961. He was a member of the Chicago Yacht Club and a graduate of Cornell University. Mr. Hill was a veteran of World War I. Surviving is his wife, Virginia; two sons, Malcolm of San Mateo, Cal., and Warren of Chicago; three sisters, Miss Edith Hill of North Hampton, Mass., Mrs. Marian Hoch of Elyria, O., and Mrs. Eurice Alyea of Detroit, Mich.; and nine grandchildren. Services were held Feb. 16 in Santa Barbara. Burial was in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Ill.
