Charles Joseph Houlihan, 65, of 1409 Maple Av., Wilmette, died Jan. 17 in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Houlihan was founder of C. J. Houlihan and Associates in Wilmette. Surviving are his wife, Alverda; three daughters, Mrs. Shelia Anna Jackson, Mrs. Kathleen Alverda Knapp, and Mrs. Colleen Paige; a son, Richard A.; a sister, Miss Mary Houlihan; a brother, John; and five grandchildren. Services were conducted Jan. 19 in the Scott Funeral Home by Msgr. Charles Meter of St. Joseph's Church. Burial was in Wareham, Mass.
