Members of the Natural Resources Defense Council North Shore Youth Corps gathered at Elder Beach and Skokie Lagoons to emphasize the poor water quality of theses areas. The Youth Corps was created this year to spread awareness of the environmental issues affecting Chicago's North Shore area.
