Mrs. Catharine Waugh McCulloch, an Evanston suffragist leader, has been offered the position of Dean at the Chicago College of Law. The offer has to do with the passage of the equal suffrage bill in Illinois. The offer came through President J. J. Tobias. Judge Richard S. Tuthill of Evanston is a director of the school.
