Elizabeth Dale de Peyster died June 25, 2012 at the age of 93. She was born November 11, 1918 in Pensacola, Florida. Her father was Earl F. Johnson. Dale and her mother and father moved to Winnetka, Illinois, in 1919. In 1946, she married Joseph Bryant de Peyster of Winnetka. Dale is survived by her three children, Ann de Peyster of La Jolla California; Dr. Joseph de Peyster, Jr. of Deland, Florida; and Robert de Peyster of Belmont, California; and a brother, Robert M. Johnson, of McMinnville, Oregon; another brother, Richard E. Johnson, died in 2011.
