A sanitation ordinance was passed after the efforts of the Evanston Woman's Club. Alderman Sherman C. Kingsley introduced the ordinance at the Evanston City Council meeting. Alderman Changelon made a motion that the city purchase a pulmoter. The motion was approved. Corporation Counsel Joseph L. McNaab entered a report on turning over Sheridan Rd. to Lincoln Park commissioners. The report was read to the council members by the City Clerk, John F. Hahn.
