A celebration of the life of Homer A. Haswell, who resided in Evanston for more than 60 years, will be held Saturday, May 19th at Northminster Presbyterian Church. Haswell died April 20th at Westminster Place. He was born July 16, 1917 in Madison, WI. He married Frances Marie Ellis on October 24, 1942, and was married for 64 years. Frances passed away in October 2008. He is survived by his son, William Haswell of Wilmette; his daughter, Anne Marinello of Woodstock, VT, and his son, Clay Haswell of Walnut Creek, CA. A fourth child, James Haswell, died in 2010. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. I
