Mrs. Frances Welter, 77, of 1726 Washington avenue, WIlmette, died July 13 in Scarsdale, N.Y. A resident of Wilmette for many years, she was a memer of the Catholic Woman's Club. Surviving are three sons, John and Hugh Jr., both of Wilmette, and Charles R. of Des Plaines, and 13 grandchildren. Mass was said Friday in St. Joseph Church. Burial was in All Saints Cemetery.
