By the will of John W. Burdsal, who died last week at his late home, 1004 Hinman avenue, Evanston, an estate of $100,000 is distributed. The widow, Mrs. Jane E. Burdsal, is awarded one-third of the estate and one-third of the residue is bequeathed to his daughte, Mrs. Hattie Grace Burdsal Smart. The remainder of the residue is left in trust to the two sons, John W. Burdsal of Evanston and George B. Burdsal of Colville, Washington, who receive equal shares in the income.
