Rev. John Ott visited friends in Milwaukee one day last week.

John, Otto and Joseph Doetsch left Tuesday for Riviera, Texas, where Joseph intends to move permanently.

Rev. Joseph Lauerman left last week for Santa Rosa Island, Florida, where he will spend a few weeks.

Peter Winter of Ridge avenue left last Tuesday for Wichita, Kansas, and vicinity for a visit.

Mrs. Anthony Martin and daughter, Cecil, of Waukegan, visited relatives here one day last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Al Weeks of Evanston visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Nilles of Schiller St. Sunday.

Mr. Fred Hoch and Miss Ella Mickelson of Racine, Wisconsin, visited at the home of Mrs. George Kreusch of 1806 Columbus avenue Sunday.

Mrs. Benjamin Scholten of Ridge avenue and her sister, Miss Anna Braun of Blum street visited at the home of Miss M. Smith of Drexel boulevard, Chicago, Sunday.

The ladies of St. Mary's society will give a public card party at St. Joseph's school hall Sunday, April 6, at 8 p.m. Tickets 25 cents a person. All are invited.

Mr. H. D. Muir is a very busy man at present with the building of his new home in Mont Clare. We all will be sorry to see him leave, which will be in the near future.

Mr. N. J. Miller of Charles and Ridge avenue returned from a business trip to the flooded districts of Ohio, where he was marooned for three days.

Mr. and Mrs. George Kreusch of 1806 Columbus avenue entertained the Saturday evening club at euchre last week. The winners of prizes were as follows: Frank M. Mueller, Mrs. Frank Kreusch, John Phillips, Mrs. Frank M. [illegible]
