Wilmette St. Augustine's Episcopal 188 people attended Easter services. The Easter offering received $1,248. Next Sun., March 30, music from the Easter service will be performed again. The rector's sermon will be on "The Victory". The rector will speak about "Communion" at the 4:30 service. Baptist Society Everyone who plans to join the Wilmette Baptist Church is urged to send letters to the church. There will be a meeting Sun. April 6 at 3:30 at the Woman's Club Building. Wed. evening, April 3, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. White will host a devotional meeting at their home, 1030 Greenwood avenue. St. John's Lutheran Church Sunday school will be at 2:00, followed by preaching services at 3:00. The sermon will be given by Rev. B. Intz. The new minister, Rev. H. Meyer will begin his work Sun., April 13. Presbyterian Church The pastor, Dr. J. M. Wilson will speak on "The Vision of God" at the Woman's Club Building, Tenth St. and Greenleaf Ave. at 11:00, Sun. morning. He will also speak there at 7:45 on "Shylock and Abraham". The evening prelude will be "Renewing the Soil in Illinois". The dedication for the new church will be Sun. April 27 and the Rev. Edgar P. Hill D. D. of Chicago has been invited to preach the dedicatory sermon. Mr. and Mrs. T. E. D. Bradley will host the celebration of the church's birthday, Mon. night, March 24. The Westminster guilds presented the mission play, "School Girl and Slave Girl". Congregational Church Sun. School is at 9:45. Morning service is at 11:00. Rev. Roy E. Bowers, will speak on "Three Moral Questions". The topic at vesper service at 5:00 will be "Life's Permanent Values." Mrs. A. Chapman Fuller embroidered linen for the communion services. Mrs. John A. Rippel will give her last talk on Mormonism Fri. afternoon at 2:30. Methodist Church Rev. T. K. Gale will preach next Sun. morning at 10:45 on "The Choice of Life". The subject of the 5:00 vesper will be "Cleansed On The Way". Epworth League will be lead at 6:15 by Mr. Gibson of the Chicago Student Volunteer Union of Foreign Missions. The Rev. J. Frank Anderson, brother of Mrs. Gale, and pastor of the Norwood Park Church preached at the Lenten services. Mrs. Allen provided music. Mrs. Harry Morris will host a meeting of the first division of the Ladies' Aid Society at her home, 921 Oakwood Ave. Winnetka Christ Church Rev. Frederick C. Budlong, Rector, will give holy comnunion at 7:30 a.m.. Sunday school will be at 9:45 a.m. and morning services will be at 11 a.m. Gold medals were awarded to Lloyd Odh and David Carpenter for attendence and conduct in the choir. Several parishoners of the Rev. Frederick G. Budlong were present at Easter services. Easter music will be repeated March 30 by Mr. John [damaged]. Mrs. A. F. Callahan. First Scandinavian Church Rev. Richard Malm, pastor announced the schedule for services. The Rev. H. [damaged] will speak on missions. Congregational Church E. F. Snell and J. W. F.Davies, ministers. The study of "Augustine's Confessions begins this week. Mr. Snell announced an upcoming philosophy class, beginning April 1. Kenilworth Church of the Holy Comforter . Rev. E. Reginald Williams.
