The "blind piggers' have called an election to be held on Tuesday, Feb. 25 in Riding's greenhouse on Washington street in Evanston to vot for or against the formation of the village of Clayton in the southwest side of Evanston. The City of Evanston warns citizens that if this were to pass, Clayton would be a dangerous place to live with no access to Evanston city departments such as police, water, or firemen.
